  • Engage with various business units to transform concepts into product execution and establish roadmaps driven by market needs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, converting their requirements into actionable tasks for the delivery team and prioritizing features for optimal business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture and engineering teams to formulate strategic product roadmaps and supervise their execution.
  • Facilitate discussions, refine user stories, and guarantee effective product testing and validation.
  • Create detailed business cases that align with the overarching strategy and present them to senior leadership.
  • Develop robust 'Go to Market' strategies to promote the uptake of new products.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics to inform product-related decisions.
  • Remain informed about technological advancements and their relevance to fostering business innovation.
  • Contribute to the design of governance and standards for compliance with enterprise technology architecture.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing business cases and directing product strategy and performance.
  • Proficient financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in overseeing other product-related positions.
  • Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing agile methodologies across teams.
