- Serve as the voice of the customer, converting their requirements into actionable tasks for the delivery team and prioritizing features for optimal business impact.
- Collaborate closely with architecture and engineering teams to formulate strategic product roadmaps and supervise their execution.
- Facilitate discussions, refine user stories, and guarantee effective product testing and validation.
- Create detailed business cases that align with the overarching strategy and present them to senior leadership.
- Develop robust 'Go to Market' strategies to promote the uptake of new products.
- Evaluate key performance metrics to inform product-related decisions.
- Remain informed about technological advancements and their relevance to fostering business innovation.
- Contribute to the design of governance and standards for compliance with enterprise technology architecture.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing business cases and directing product strategy and performance.
- Proficient financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in overseeing other product-related positions.
- Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience in implementing agile methodologies across teams.
