About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Growth Strategist to join our team at Next Chapter Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a data-driven marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention, and ensure all efforts prioritize the needs of prospective and existing members.
  • Manage, develop, and deliver a high-performing marketing and communications team, embedding a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong commitment to customer centricity.
  • Effectively manage marketing departmental budgets and contracts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Deliver scaled growth in awareness and membership through high-impact and innovative communications and marketing activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong experience in shaping and delivering highly effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, as well as experience in scaling businesses.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership experience, developing high-performing marketing and communications teams.
