About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Aylesbury as a Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through increased brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to drive business growth
- Lead a team of high-performing marketing and communications professionals
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand development and maintenance
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital marketing
- Analysis of membership growth data and performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations
Person Specification:
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent analytical skills
- Experience of leading and managing a high-performing team
- Possess a passion for driving business growth and achieving growth objectives
