About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading the NEUTROGENA Face premium portfolio in Northern Europe, reporting to the Neutrogena Face and Clean & Clear Senior Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Brand Strategy
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in shaping the NE Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Neutrogena brand strategy.
  • Drive excellence in execution for Neutrogena premium Face in the UK, including integrated business planning, media and data-driven marketing, influencer engagement, revenue growth management, and joint business planning with customers.
Collaborate with Commercial Teams
  • Work with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities, and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
Support Commercial and Innovation Opportunities
  • Use analytical skills to support the Senior Brand Manager in shaping and sizing commercial and innovation opportunities.
Partner with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media planning and deployment, data-driven marketing, and a good understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of the P&L.
  • Can-do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.
  • Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.
  • Demonstrates ability and experience in analyzing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward.
