About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled shopper marketing professional to join a leading global food manufacturer as a Shopper Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand growth
- Work closely with key retail customers to build and deliver insightful shopper campaigns
- Develop and manage budgets and investment levels for shopper marketing campaigns
- Lead customer presentations and drive regular contact with key accounts
- Manage the launch of new products and innovation platforms in store
- Optimally manage relationships with third-party agency partners
- Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Executive
- Promote a 'shopper-first' mindset across the business
- Interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to inform shopper marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience in a leading FMCG environment
- Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns
- Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints
- Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement
