Aveeno Northern Europe Brand Manager

This position is based at our office, with a hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of the Aveeno adult portfolio in Northern Europe, focusing on Nordics & Ireland and Hand (UK), delivering against P&L and share targets.
  • Support the Aveeno NE Marketing Manager in shaping the Nordic & Ireland Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Aveeno brand strategy.
  • Be responsible for driving excellence in execution for Aveeno Hand in the UK, and Nordics & Ireland total Aveeno adult.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges and drive opportunities with key retail partners.
  • Use analytical skills to support the Marketing Manager in shaping and sizing commercial and innovation opportunities.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Brand Manager or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager in an FMCG environment.
  • Degree level educated or equivalent marketing experience in an FMCG environment with a strong track record of performance.
  • Experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media planning and deployment.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of the P&L.
  • Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans as challenges arise.
