- Serve as the voice of the customer, interpreting their requirements for the delivery team and prioritizing needs for optimal business advantage.
- Collaborate closely with architecture and engineering teams to create strategic product roadmaps and supervise their execution.
- Facilitate discussions, refine user narratives, and ensure effective product testing and validation.
- Craft detailed business cases that align with the overarching strategy and present them to senior leadership.
- Establish effective 'Go to Market' strategies to promote the uptake of new products.
- Evaluate key performance metrics to inform product-related decisions.
- Remain informed about technological advancements and their potential to foster business innovation.
- Contribute to the design of governance and standards for compliance with enterprise technology architecture.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing business cases and overseeing product strategy and performance.
- Advanced financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in managing other product-related positions.
- Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies.
- Proven experience in implementing agile methodologies across teams.
