Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with various business units to actualize innovative concepts, formulate product roadmaps that reflect business requirements, and cultivate strong relationships with divisional leaders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for intricate products, prioritize customer demands, and articulate business value for the delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams to devise strategic product roadmaps and supervise their execution.
  • Facilitate discussions, refine user narratives, oversee testing phases, and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
  • Develop persuasive business cases that align with overarching strategies and present them to senior management.
  • Formulate effective 'Go to Market' strategies to ensure the successful uptake of products.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to improve decision-making frameworks.
  • Assist in evaluating build/buy/partner options and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Remain informed about technological advancements and their implications for business models.
  • Contribute to the design of governance activities to ensure compliance with technology standards and identify organizational and financial impacts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing business cases and leading product strategy for complex offerings.
  • Strong financial insight and capability to perform financial analyses.
  • Experience in managing other product managers, business analysts, or technical product owners.
  • Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Proven experience in integrating agile practices within varied teams.
