Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product recommendation strategies to drive higher customer engagement and revenue.
  • Explore new digital touchpoints to leverage relevant product recommendations.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to drive value from digital channels.
  • Review competitor activity and identify new opportunities to test.
  • Work closely with trading teams to ensure commercial goals and initiatives are supported.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to share the impact of new capabilities.
