Job Title: New Business and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Business and Partnerships Manager to join our team at WHG. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with public and private sector organizations to drive business growth and deliver our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a partnerships strategy to achieve business growth and deliver our company's objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and private sector organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including site acquisitions, package deals, and s106s.
  • Manage a portfolio of partnerships, including negotiation of Heads of Terms and legal contracts.
  • Provide commercial and technical advice to support business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of partnership objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and partnership management, preferably in the housing or construction industry.
  • Strong commercial and technical knowledge, with the ability to analyze and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
