Role Overview
At Churchill Retirement Living, we are experiencing exciting growth, and we are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to assist our expanding IT department, located in Ringwood, Hampshire.
Your customer service expertise will be essential in providing support for all company-supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on suitable actions.
The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the team's workload by addressing Service Desk tickets to ensure effective support for all colleagues.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for all support requests, resolving or reassigning them to other team members as necessary. Typical tasks will involve creating new user accounts, providing desktop and remote assistance, and assembling/configuring PCs and laptops.
In conjunction with your role, you will receive full support to complete the Information Communications Technician apprenticeship and achieve qualifications in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
