About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our colleagues across the UK, ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and install IT equipment at site cabins, sales offices and lodge managers' offices.
  • Provide first and second-line support to colleagues who have raised IT faults or service requests.
  • Support project work as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an IT Technician with a good working knowledge of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, routers, mobiles and tablets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Previous experience of a ticketing system is desirable.
