  • Student Lifecycle Management: Manage the student lifecycle, including surveys, regulations, and quality assurance.
  • Access and Participation Plan: Implement the Access and Participation Plan to promote equal opportunities for students.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Engage with the Students' Union and foster partnerships across the University to drive student success.
  • Project Management: Lead major projects and manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Expertise and Leadership: Act as a senior expert on academic services and higher education regulations, providing guidance and support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A proven track record in academic service delivery and strategic leadership.
  • Higher Education Expertise: Strong understanding of higher education regulations and student wellbeing.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement and Project Management: Ability to drive process improvements and manage complex projects.
