About the Role

The Extracare Charitable Trust t/a Extracare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan, aligning with our organisational goals.
  • Identify and secure funding from a variety of sources, including charitable trusts, community groups, corporate supporters, and individual residents.
  • Lead fundraising events and campaigns with creativity and strategic insight, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Foster long-term relationships with donors to maximise future funding potential and ensure sustained support.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in fundraising, with a strong understanding of charitable fundraising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and measure fundraising performance.
