Fundraising and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet our goals, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations.
- Build strong partnerships that align with our values and mission, diversifying our funding streams to include multiple forms.
- Lead freelance or bid writers, setting clear objectives and developing in-kind funding streams that complement our work.
- Write and submit grant proposals and fundraising applications, planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
- Manage donor and sponsor relationships, ensuring their ongoing engagement and working closely with the team to develop engaging content for fundraising campaigns.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of fundraising principles and techniques.
- Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Part-time or full-time position available, with a salary of £25k-£32,500 pro rata, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Additional bonuses available based on performance, potential additional commission-based work, and flexible working arrangements.
