About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our expanding team at UHCW Charity. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing a growing team to raise funds across our hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to raise funds through event management, corporate and community networking, and working with teams across the Trust.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the charity's goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community groups, and individual donors.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the Charity Director to develop and implement the charity's overall fundraising strategy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

  • 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Company pension scheme with matched contributions of up to 7%
