The Role: The Video Production Specialist at The Conduit Holdco Ltd is a creative storyteller and technical expert who plays a pivotal role in fostering community connections. This position focuses on producing high-quality video content that encapsulates the dynamic interactions and significant discussions within our organization. You will engage directly with members, speakers, and guests, eliciting their narratives and testimonials to create impactful stories that resonate across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and management of video content for numerous events, including talks and panel discussions.
  • Coordinate audio-visual setups for live events, ensuring seamless execution and documentation of activities.
  • Capture and produce video content that reflects the diverse experiences within the organization, from member gatherings to daily club life.
  • Engage actively with participants to gather testimonials and interviews, showcasing the community's influence and experiences.
  • Collaborate with various teams to disseminate video content, enhancing the visibility of our mission and member accomplishments.
  • Maintain an organized digital archive of content, ensuring easy access and efficient utilization across the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video production and storytelling to continually enhance content quality.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in video production and editing, supported by a robust portfolio.
  • Skilled in video editing and motion graphics, proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in sound mixing and editing; podcast production experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in AV technology with the capability to manage live event production effectively.
  • Creative storytelling skills, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting engaging content.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, skilled in conversation and interviewing to draw out compelling narratives.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
