Job Title: Transport Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, liaising with customer service teams and drivers, and upholding proof of delivery compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation schedules to achieve delivery dates agreed with customers
  • Liaise with customer service teams and drivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold proof of delivery compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform general administration duties, including answering incoming calls and maintaining transport documentation records
  • Assist with other duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong ability to deal professionally with customers
  • Driven individual with an interest in logistics and transportation
  • Good level of education or equivalent experience in an administration role, with proficiency in Microsoft packages and software
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
