Commercial Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Learning and Development Advisor to join our global team at UL Solutions. As a key member of our Talent & ULU team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning and development services to internal participants across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal customers to understand learning needs and develop effective learning and development programs.
- Facilitate standard learning and development programs using a variety of delivery methods, including virtual and face-to-face training.
- Contribute to the development of innovative training programs that support the business and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the formulation of learning and development plans based on business and organizational needs.
- Provide constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Lead regional learning operation projects and/or local learning and development projects.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure efficient approaches and project momentum.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to administer programs and manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Understanding and confident use of digital learning technologies.
- Continuous improvement mindset and skills to enhance work quality.
- Good general facilitation skills and virtual delivery capabilities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (additional European language skills appreciated).
