About the Role

Elis UK Limited is a leading provider of textile, hygiene, and facility services solutions. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees and managers across the organization through the design, delivery, and reporting of people development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the company's vision, values, and policies are integrated into all development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver internal training programs that engage and impact employees at various levels, from entry-level to mid-level managers.
  • Monitor and report on training completion and engagement.
  • Manage third-party training and development relationships effectively.
  • Support the HR team and Talent Development Manager in reviewing, implementing, and completing apprenticeships.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting learning system data from various platforms, including SAP, TalentSoft, and Moodle Workplace.
  • Manage the day-to-day upkeep and data reporting of the Learning Management System (LMS), including local system administration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply learnings in L&D activities.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a learning and development role, with a CIPD level 3 qualification desirable.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Understanding of L&D best practice principles.
  • Experience in documenting processes and staying current with industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and LMS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
