Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and reporting on people development initiatives that drive business growth and support employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's vision, values, and policies.
- Design and deliver internal training programs that engage and impact employees at all levels, from entry-level to mid-level managers.
- Monitor and report on training completion and engagement metrics.
- Manage third-party training and development relationships to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality programs.
- Support the HR team and Talent Development Manager in reviewing, implementing, and completing apprenticeships.
- Collect, analyze, and report on learning system data from various platforms, including SAP, TalentSoft, and Moodle Workplace.
- Manage the day-to-day upkeep and data reporting of our Learning Management Systems, including local system administration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in Learning and Development activities.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Learning and Development role, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Understanding of Learning and Development best practices and principles.
- Experience in documenting processes and staying current with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) and the opportunity to work for a company that values employee development, has a national structure to facilitate ambition, and offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
