We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the facilities management sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Manage the FM Helpdesk Inbox and schedule reactive and help desk call outs
* Allocate jobs to engineers and support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives
* Provide general administration support and attend to queries as needed
* Organize day-to-day work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled
**Requirements:**
* Help Desk Experience
* Experience in Facilities Management
* General Administration skills
* Knowledge of CAFM systems
