Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the FM Helpdesk Inbox and schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
- Open and close jobs, and review jobs received during the working day to allocate accordingly to engineers.
- Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
- Attend to queries and provide general administration support.
- Chase and liaise with clients and engineers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Raise Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks.
- Organize day-to-day work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled.
