We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work nights, providing our residents with the highest quality of care possible in a secure, relaxed, and homely environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Care Manager and other Care Assistants in all aspects of home management, including taking charge at night to provide wakeful night duty cover.
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual resident needs.

**Requirements**

  • Senior care experience in a residential care home is essential.
  • Highly motivated and reliable individual with good communication skills.
  • A friendly, warm, and caring nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on resident-centred care.
