Role Purpose:

GKN Automotive is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to play a key role in our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing procurement processes using SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Facilitate workshops to gather procurement process requirements, including sourcing, operational procurement, material requirements planning, central procurement, service procurement, invoice management, and spend analytics.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionalities for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Elicit, document, and manage business requirements to ensure accurate solution design.
  • SAP S/4HANA and GKN Procurement (iValua) Integration: Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA and iValua solutions seamlessly, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end procurement operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of procurement-related SAP S/4HANA solutions through thorough testing and validation.
  • Training Support: Support the development of training materials, review, and approval. Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related SAP S/4HANA inquiries, delivering timely support and resolution.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives, facilitating communication and training to ensure a smooth transition to new procurement-related SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Procurement Reporting and Analytics: Utilize SAP S/4HANA procurement analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution: Execute and deliver elements of the digital roadmap, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA procurement modules.
  • Technical background and ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Ability to understand the impact of issues on business and identify suitable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the procurement domain.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage procurement stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • SAP S/4HANA certifications in Procurement are a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

Language Skills: Good English language – both verbal and written
