Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage the daily operations of various food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, bar and terrace, 10 meeting spaces, and room service.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and boosting revenue.
  • Take a proactive role in the recruitment, training, and development of food and beverage team members.
  • Oversee budget management, cost control, and resource optimization.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings, collaborating closely with suppliers to source premium products and ingredients.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage.
