The Role
As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service and quality. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing guest complaints effectively and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
- Supervising banking procedures, managing stock levels, and assisting with achieving beverage cost targets through accurate inventory management.
- Coordinating events within the hotel, ensuring they run smoothly and that guests enjoy a memorable experience.
- Guiding and motivating your staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conducting shift briefings and stepping in for F&B management when needed.
