About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on promoting health and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a designated clinical and care team to deliver care that meets the direct needs of individuals.
  • Carry out delegated clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Develop clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills through mentorship and training.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Maths and English functional skills.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Evidence of time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Intermediate IT skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members of the public and healthcare providers.
