Nursing Associate

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other registered care professional.
- Assessment and Planning: Assist in the assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of patient care, working closely with the care team to ensure individualized care plans.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a positive patient experience.
- Education and Development: Develop knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Leadership and Innovation: Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Qualifications: Level 2 Maths and English functional skills, with a desirable Level 3 academic qualification (AS/A level or access to higher education diploma).
- Skills: Evidence of time management skills, ability to prioritize, intermediate IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Values and Behaviors: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team, and promoting a positive patient experience.
