Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on promoting health and independence.
- Work collaboratively with a designated clinical and care team to deliver care that meets the individual needs of patients.
- Carry out delegated clinical and care tasks to a high standard, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Develop clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills through mentorship and training.
- Level 2 Maths and English functional skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
