Role Overview

We are in search of a Business Operations Analyst who shares our vision of creating a world where money knows no borders. This role involves collaborating with our operational teams to leverage data-driven insights that will support the growth and optimization of our products.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will spearhead our analytical initiatives within the operations teams, which encompass a wide range of functions from customer support to fraud prevention and identity verification.

Your collaboration with operational leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers will be crucial in translating insights into actionable changes that enhance customer experiences and advance our mission.

Your Responsibilities:

  • **Analytical Capacity Planning and Forecasting:** Develop and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning, taking ownership of forecasting efforts to align with business growth and operational needs.
  • **Predictive Modeling and Data Pipeline Management:** Oversee data pipelines and create robust models to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  • **Strategic Analysis and Support:** Deliver critical insights to evaluate the operational health of the KYC function, perform detailed cost analyses, and analyze operational metrics to assess their impact on customer experiences.
  • **Performance Monitoring and Optimization:** Track the performance of key strategic initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities to improve operational outcomes.
  • **KPI Development and Implementation:** Lead the creation and execution of the operations KPI framework, integrating these metrics into reporting systems and strategic operations.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement and Process Standardization:** Work closely with various stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations, fostering continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics.
  • A background in operational analytics, including capacity planning, forecasting, efficiency analysis, and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in building data pipelines.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong capabilities in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and the ability to convey insights through data storytelling.
  • A self-motivated attitude and comfort in empowered team environments.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Previous experience in operational domains.
  • Experience within or collaborating with a Workforce Management team.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems.
