Job Title: Administrator for Independent Financial Advisers

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Lime Search & Select Ltd. As an Administrator for Independent Financial Advisers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisory firm in providing Financial Solutions and Independent Financial Advice to individuals and businesses in the Yorkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor new business applications for Directors and Financial Advisors, liaising with clients and product providers.
  • Ensure all files are compliant and provide support to Directors and Advisors regarding client valuations, key client reviews, and document completion.
  • Coordinate promotions and client mailers, document scanning, and take calls from product providers and clients.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative role within a Financial Advisory or Financial Services firm.
  • Understanding of investments, pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance, and/or personal tax.
  • Working knowledge of systems used within the business, such as Fusion, Enable, Transact, and platforms like Quilter & Standard Life.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE with good grades in English & Maths.
