Job Title: Administrator for Independent Financial Advisers

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Lime Search & Select Ltd. As an Administrator for Independent Financial Advisers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisory firm in providing Financial Solutions and Independent Financial Advice to individuals and businesses in the Yorkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor new business applications for Directors and Financial Advisors
  • Liaise with clients and product providers to ensure compliance and provide support
  • Collate and complete required documentation, prepare for meetings, and handle general servicing inquiries
  • Coordinate promotions, client mailers, and document scanning
  • Take calls from product providers and clients

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative role within a Financial Advisory or Financial Services firm
  • Understanding of investments, pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance, and personal tax
  • Working knowledge of systems used within the business, such as Fusion, Enable, Transact, and platforms like Quilter & Standard Life
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • GCSE with good grades in English & Maths
