Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing new business submissions based on information provided by our Financial Advisers
- Recording new cases in our internal systems
- Liaising with our Financial Advisers to obtain information to enable case completion
- Producing suitability letters
- Writing suitability reports
- Presenting cases to our Financial Advisers
- Providing feedback on new business and cases directly to our Financial Advisers to finalize cases in line with our regulatory procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working within Financial Services, with a strong desire to develop themselves within the Financial Advice sector. A Diploma in Financial Planning is highly desirable, with a couple of exams already completed (RO1, RO2, RO3, RO4, RO5, RO6 or CII). We offer full training and development, coupled with study support and payment for all exams and personal development.
