We are seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader to oversee a multi-functional team dealing with Administration, Valuations, Anti-money Laundering and other office duties as required by management or the Advice teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the financial services administration team, monitoring its effectiveness and identifying improvements.
- Maintain, document and implement new office processes as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and management.
- Prepare portfolio and analysis reports for advisors prior to client meetings.
- Deal with platforms and product providers to obtain information about existing and potential investments.
- Prioritize workload effectively and allocate work to support staff to ensure efficient and smooth running of the business and the even distribution of work.
- Monitor the work of staff and identify training needs to minimize error rates and promote a quality-assured service.
- Set clear performance objectives and competency standards for staff and objectively appraise their performance each quarter.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback to staff to enable them to develop and deal promptly and fairly with poor performance.
