Financial Advisory Firm Seeks Administrative Support Specialist

We are a leading Financial Advisory firm providing Financial Solutions and Independent Financial Advice to individuals and businesses in the Yorkshire area.

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring new business applications, liaising with clients and product providers, and ensuring compliance with all files. You will also provide support to Directors and Advisors regarding client valuations, key client reviews, and document completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor new business applications
  • Liaise with clients and product providers
  • Ensure compliance with all files
  • Provide support to Directors and Advisors
  • Collate and complete required documentation
  • Coordinate promotions and client mailers
  • Document scanning and data entry

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative role within a Financial Advisory or Financial Services firm
  • Understanding of investments, pensions, life assurance, and personal tax
  • Working knowledge of systems used within the business, such as Fusion, Enable, and Transact
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Quilter and Standard Life
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • GCSE with good grades in English and Maths
