About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Officer to join our Shared Services Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Mental Health and Social Care teams, ensuring seamless business operations and enabling us to deliver exceptional services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication between teams
  • Manage diaries, organize meetings, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to Heads of Service and Senior Service Managers, including briefing staff and ensuring access to relevant information
  • Follow up on requests from managers and report on progress to ensure successful delivery of goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including interpreters and other service providers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be IT literate and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. A numerate and financially aware individual, you will be able to work methodically and prioritize tasks effectively.
