The Senior Proposals Lead will oversee the quality aspects of submissions and implement best practices in bidding processes.

In this role, you will guide diverse teams throughout the bidding process, utilizing your exceptional writing abilities to craft persuasive, client-centric proposals that aim to achieve our ambitious win rate targets.

Your contributions will be pivotal in identifying key value propositions, competitive strengths, and unique differentiators that enhance our proposals and increase our likelihood of success.

To ensure clarity and impact in all written content, you will:

  • Take ownership of individual responses (planning and scripting).
  • Provide guidance to other contributors involved in bid writing.
  • Review the quality of submissions from other team members, offering constructive feedback and necessary interventions.
  • Approve all written materials prior to the Director's review.

You will possess the ability to discern key value propositions and competitive advantages that distinguish us in the bidding landscape, always keeping the client’s needs at the forefront of every proposal.

Creativity and Writing Skills: You will take pride in articulating our responses to client requirements through well-crafted, engaging proposal content.

Throughout the proposal development process, you may face complex challenges, such as harmonizing diverse perspectives from various stakeholders, addressing technical intricacies, or managing risks.

With a strong commitment to best practices in bidding, you will have substantial experience leading bids from initial workshops, through storyboarding (planning responses), drafting, peer reviews, formatting, submission, and concluding with lessons learned and feedback analysis.
