About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This will include preparing and managing project budgets, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects

• Prepare and manage project budgets

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers

• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, quantity surveying)

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role

• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and laws

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
