About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our growing team at eComplete. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction: Assist with the employee onboarding process, from offer to probation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and update HR systems as needed.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate payroll information, manage benefits administration, and provide support with payroll-related queries.
  • HR Support: Provide exceptional support to the People Director, including preparing documents and reports, and liaising with the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and competent decision-maker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
