People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven People Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our Human Resources Team. As we expand, we require an exceptional individual to support our ambitious growth plans.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with the existing HR Team to implement various initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention. You will partner closely with department leaders to enhance our HR practices, bringing innovative ideas and a fresh perspective.

Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, including crafting job advertisements, managing applications, conducting screening calls, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and define success criteria for their teams.
  • Managing talent pipelines and developing effective candidate attraction strategies.
  • Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze application trends.
  • Assisting in the optimization and enhancement of recruitment and other HR processes.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Working alongside department leaders to assess and implement training requirements across the organization.
  • Supporting general HR functions, including process development, conducting exit interviews, and managing employee documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement across various HR metrics.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships and team spirit.
