Company Overview

Vox Network Consultants is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is expanding its offering. We are a unique team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive contribution to our built environment and have carried out multiple projects across the UK.

Job Purpose

To be responsible and involved in the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of work for all the scope, while meeting consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce business strategies and develop company objectives.
  • Oversee senior management staff and coordinate with department heads.
  • Attend meetings and improve productivity levels.
  • Monitor budget and work closely with top management towards profitability.

Design and Technical Expertise

  • Create concepts and design briefs.
  • Add value to design and specify project requirements.
  • Lead the Façade design team, setting performance objectives and fostering personal growth.

Business Development and Client Relationships

  • Contribute to business development and nurture client relationships.
  • Identify growth opportunities and shape marketing materials.
  • Provide insights into bids, fee proposals, and delivery methodologies.

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Façade designs.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and writing skills.
  • Awareness of various system methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • People management and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership, networking, budgeting, conflict management, and negotiating skills.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Façade structural and thermal calculations, specifications, and performance requirements.
  • Knowledge of FEA programs, including non-linear and thermal analysis programs.
