Data Analyst/BI Developer

We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Data Analyst/BI Developer.

In this role, reporting to the Head of Analytics & Reporting, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and interpreting data, developing dynamic reports and dashboards, and effectively communicating insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Data Analyst/BI Developer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting System Development: Design and maintain our reporting infrastructure, deliver new reports, monitor performance, and ensure smooth data extraction and transformation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to gather, interpret, and develop reporting requirements, ensuring our systems align with their needs.
  • Data Source Integration: Create tools to merge data from various sources, establishing a unified view for enhanced decision-making.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards that highlight activities, trends, and forecasts for operational and strategic insights.
  • Data Quality Improvement: Implement enhancements to maximize data quality, swiftly identifying and resolving issues.
  • Expert Consultation: Provide technical expertise in data management and reporting, becoming the primary resource for reporting systems.
  • Intelligence Production: Generate comprehensive intelligence reports to support managerial decision-making, ensuring data is well-documented and referenced.
  • Complex Data Analysis: Utilize technical skills to interpret intricate data models, identify quality issues, and extract actionable insights.
  • Insight Communication: Summarize complex data analyses and present findings to diverse audiences, making strategic recommendations.

What You Need

If you are prepared to be the driving force behind our business growth and success as a Data Analyst/BI Developer, you will need:

  • Understanding of SQL databases and data warehouses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Excel, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
  • Ability to produce and present data analyses tailored to various users and technical levels.
  • Competence in interpreting and presenting complex data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to develop and maintain reporting systems.

Work Arrangements
