We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Data Analyst/BI Developer.

In this role, reporting to the Head of Analytics & Reporting, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and interpreting data, developing dynamic reports and dashboards, and conveying insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Data Analyst/BI Developer at Bellrock, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting Systems Development: Design and manage our reporting framework, produce new reports, monitor performance, and ensure efficient data extraction and transformation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders to gather, interpret, and define reporting requirements, ensuring our systems align with their expectations.
  • Data Source Integration: Create tools to amalgamate data from various sources, establishing a comprehensive view for enhanced decision-making.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and sustain dashboards that illustrate activities, trends, and forecasts for operational and strategic insights.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve data quality, swiftly identifying and resolving issues.
  • Expert Consultation: Offer technical guidance in data management and reporting, becoming the primary resource for reporting systems.
  • Intelligence Production: Generate impactful intelligence reports to aid managerial decision-making, ensuring data is thoroughly documented and referenced.
  • Complex Data Analysis: Utilize technical skills to interpret intricate data models, pinpoint quality concerns, and extract actionable insights.
  • Insight Communication: Summarize complex data analyses and present findings to diverse audiences, making strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

If you are prepared to be the driving force behind our business growth and success as a Data Analyst/BI Developer, you will need:

  • Proficiency in SQL databases and data warehouses.
  • Advanced skills in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Excel, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
  • Capability to produce and present data analyses tailored to various users and technical levels.
  • Competence in interpreting and presenting complex data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to develop and maintain reporting systems.

Work Environment
