About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the interaction between clinical and administrative functions of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently capture, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements for clarity, completeness, and feasibility, resolving ambiguities.
  • Develop and maintain a range of materials to ensure IT teams understand business processes and business stakeholders understand IT workflows.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level or at least 2 years experience in a Business Analysis role.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite/M365.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Business analysis diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • PRINCE2 foundation Benefits Management Qualification.
