Role Overview: This position presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic B2B marketer with extensive digital and campaign management experience to excel in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager will leverage various marketing strategies to drive sales-qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will possess commercial expertise in a technology start-up or scale-up context. The Marketing Manager will spearhead both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, utilizing skills in paid digital channels such as PPC, AdWords, Retargeting, Display, Paid Social, and Programmatic, alongside email automation and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate B2B marketing campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
  • Manage performance marketing efforts, including PPC, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
  • Employ marketing automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on annual and quarterly performance metrics to ensure marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth.
  • Oversee the complete process from campaign inception to analytics and return on investment.
  • Enhance the sales pipeline with qualified leads while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and business development, to align with overall business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or customer acquisition roles.
  • Background in a start-up or high-growth business environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing ROI across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience in a data-driven and metrics-focused setting.
  • Technical proficiency in SEO, PPC, AdWords, and Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in team management.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000
