Position Overview:
Our client, Pertemps Bond, is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Coordinator to serve as a vital connection between clients and the organization. This role is essential in managing inquiries related to pricing, product details, availability, dispatch information, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Follow up on quotations and projects to gather necessary information for order conversion.
  • Prepare and input quotations into the internal system for the company's offerings and distribute them to clients.
  • Maintain accurate project and customer records within the CRM system.
  • Review customer orders and enter them into the Order Processing system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide customers with the required information.
  • Manage customer returns and agreements regarding goods returns.
  • Adhere to company Health and Safety regulations and promote compliance among colleagues.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Office Manager or Sales Correspondent Team Leader.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales order processing or customer service.
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
