Senior Leadership Role for North Lewisham Primary Care Network

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team at North Lewisham Primary Care Network. As a Senior Leadership Role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the PCN, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the PCN, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial resources of the PCN in alignment with its strategic goals.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage all PCN staff, ensuring appropriate delegation, accountability, and development.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the PCN Board, aligned with the needs of our GP practices and their patients.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that operations and services are compliant with all relevant national and local guidelines, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role responsible for a significant service or business line.
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, including financial oversight, process improvement, and staff management.
- Experience working with or reporting to a senior management group or Board.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation across multiple areas.

- Experience within the primary care, the NHS or healthcare management.
