Job Summary:
The North Lewisham Primary Care Network is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Quality Management to lead our team in delivering high-quality, efficient, and effective care to our patients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are compliant with all relevant national and local guidelines, regulations, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our performance and ensure that our limited resources are used effectively.
- Strategic Leadership and Planning: Ensure that our network remains compliant and responsive to changes in the national and local healthcare landscape and policies.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage our budget, ensuring financial sustainability for both our network and member practices.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that our operations and services are compliant with all relevant national and local guidelines, regulations, and standards.
- Change Management: Lead transformation projects that improve our ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
