About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at Gumtree | Motors. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and providing product information and training as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer success professionals, setting clear goals, and delegating tasks to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve customer success processes, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to drive business results.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, setting clear goals, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to apply business acumen to drive customer success initiatives.
